🧠 Overview
This is a creative wellbeing programme designed to help students understand conflict, communicate effectively, and resolve challenges with confidence and respect. Through a blend of dramatherapy-inspired activities, CBT tools and restorative approaches, students explore what causes conflict, how it shows up and how to respond in calmer, more constructive ways.
This isn’t about avoiding conflict. It’s about helping students learn that conflict is a normal part of life and something they can navigate with the right tools. Students develop stronger communication skills, deeper empathy and the confidence to handle difficult situations without escalation.
